A Message to Our Clients: COVID-19 Update

The safety and well-being of our staff and our clients is the number one priority for Serene Nails. Like any responsible business, we have been closely monitoring the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation.

The cleanliness of our salon, tools, equipment is of paramount importance. At Serene Nails we have comprehensive health, safety and hygiene processes in place which are firmly embedded across our business. However in light of the evolving situation we have introduced a number of additional temporary processes around cleaning and sanitisation that provide supplementary robust safeguards.

In addition we also require our clients to:

- Wash their hands using the 20 second hand wash rule - Sanitize their hands before having any services - Reschedule any upcoming appointments, if they have any flu like symptoms including coughing, sneezing, sniffling, temperature etc (This can be done by phone or via one of our social media platforms - Please DO NOT attend the appointment, as the service will not be carried out - Be aware of safe coughing etiquette

We will continue to monitor and adapt any of our processes as needed as the situation continues to evolve. In the meantime, we will focus all our efforts on acting responsibly and transparently during this period of uncertainty, to ensure we continue to do all the right things to support our people and clients.
